General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Home Health OT
Ratio / Census: 6 visits; average daily census of 115. Full Time Productivity is around 25 units per week
Unit Systems: HCHB experience needed until 10/1/2026; Epic experience needed after 10/1/2026
*If the clinician doesn't have experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), they will be required to complete an online HCHB course prior to starting. The course is *** and must be paid by traveler upfront (margined).

Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed

Mileage: Yes paid at IRS standard rate - Tracked through HCHB; Coverage area includes Washington, Johnson, Jefferson, Emanuel counties with helping in sister office counties of Burke, Screven, Bulloch, Jenkins occasionally. Average mileage is 50-100 miles per day.
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
