Job Details
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through telecommunication technologies, ensuring accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to enhance patient engagement and adherence to treatment protocols. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary, and document all interactions and interventions in electronic health records.
Requirements include a valid nursing license in the relevant state, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health records is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting is crucial. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and telehealth best practices is a plus.
