Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote/HR/TA
Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment process in a remote environment. The specialist will source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring activities, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Post and manage job openings across appropriate platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment activities as assigned.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and online recruiting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Pay Rate
$29.98 - $34.86/hour
