Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings on short-term assignments. The Travel RN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and consistent care throughout each placement.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.

Monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.

Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and emotional support to patients and families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

Adapt quickly to new work environments, policies, and patient care procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective patient care.

Ensure compliance with infection control practices, facility guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Safely manage and prioritize multiple patients in fast-paced clinical settings.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; compact or multistate license preferred for travel roles.

Clinical experience in acute care, medical-surgical, ICU, ER, long-term care, or similar settings.

Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage diverse patient populations, and transition smoothly between facilities.

Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate documentation practices.
Pay Rate
$38.09 - $42.97/hour
