Surgical Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to assist the surgical team in delivering safe and efficient patient care during operative procedures. The Surgical Technician will prepare surgical instruments, maintain a sterile field, and support surgeons throughout procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during surgery.
• Perform surgical counts and ensure proper handling of instruments and materials.
• Prepare and position patients for surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Active and unrestricted Surgical Technician certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous surgical or operating room experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$55.42 - $60.30/hour
