Types of Cases REQ: General, Ortho, Ortho/Total joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Bariatrics, Podiatry; Carotid endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft CVOR experience required;
Types of Cases Preferred: Gyn, Plastics; TCAR CVOR experience preferred
# of OR’s: 6
Years of experience REQ: 2
First-timers accepted: YES, with 5 years of experience
Weekend REQ: YES
National Certs REQ: NBSTSA, CSFA
BLS REQ: YES
Is on-call REQ? YES, 1-2 weeknights per week, 1-2 24hr weekend shifts per month
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES, assist and scrub
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: YES, may float to MDH, MPH, MCH, or SAH
Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed in interview if applicable

RTO Restrictions: NO RTO in contract. When applicable, RTO may be discussed in interview
Guaranteed Hours: apply after the first call off per pay period
Special Requirements: Inpatient, Outpatient work setting experience required; Scrub, First Assisting, Aseptic Technique skills required; DaVinci robotics experience required; Cerner EMR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious)
Department Details: DaVinci Robotics/laparoscopic/open-general surgery (choles, colon resections, bariatrics, ventral/inguinal hernias, appes); Ortho-fractures, total knees and hips; Vascular-carotids, distal bypasses, AV fistulas, TCARs; Basic urology, mastectomies, able to both scrub and 1st assist on all above
