Supervisor / Charge Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor/Charge Nurse to oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care, and provide leadership to the clinical team. The Charge Nurse will ensure high-quality patient care, maintain staffing efficiency, and support compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and staff assignments.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel.
• Monitor patient care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
• Assist with patient assessments, admissions, discharges, and complex clinical situations as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Address staffing needs, workflow issues, and patient care concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
