Travel Speech-Language Pathologist needed for a growing skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. Seeking a patient-centered and team-oriented clinician.
Requirements:
Active CA SLP License
SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available if Experience Limited)
Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance
Duties:
Evaluate and treat SNF patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
