Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans and help patients improve communication and functional abilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
