Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
- Perform swallowing assessments and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Follow patient safety and clinical care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- CCC-SLP certification through ASHA preferred/required.
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license as required.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required based on role.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.28 - $65.16/hour
