Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for individuals with communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop personalized therapy plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress and improve overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.

Provide therapy to improve communication abilities, articulation, fluency, voice quality, and safe swallowing.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques that promote functional communication and carryover.

Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Recommend adaptive communication tools or strategies when needed to support patient success.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Clinical certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, or educational settings is beneficial.

Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.

Compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
