Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and therapeutic services to individuals with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing impairments.

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.

Provide direct treatment using evidence-based strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.

Document assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Recommend adaptive communication tools or assistive devices when appropriate.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.

Experience providing therapy in clinical, rehabilitation, or educational settings preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$51.16 - $56.04/hour
