Social Services / Master of Social Work (MSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Services/MSW professional to provide psychosocial support, counseling, and care coordination to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ psychosocial, emotional, and social needs.
Develop and implement individualized support and care plans.
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
Connect patients and families with community resources and support services.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate case notes and clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Current state social work license such as LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent, as required.
Previous healthcare, medical, behavioral health, or social services experience preferred.
Strong communication, counseling, assessment, and care-coordination skills.

Pay Rate
$60.01 - $64.88/hour
