Special Notes: Looking for travelers whose primary focus is on discharge coordination for patients in an acute medical setting. Travelers need to have experience working in an acute medical facility. Additionally, they need to have experience making referrals to lower level care facilities such as skilled nursing facilities, long term acute care, assisted living facilities and adult family homes. Manager will allow one to two days off within contract, but not a whole week.

Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
