Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and cognitive disorders.
- Assess and treat dysphagia; recommend compensatory strategies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and communication techniques.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and follow professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license and CCC-SLP (or equivalent).
- Clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
