RN/LPN – Long-Term Care Center

We are seeking compassionate and skilled RN/LPN professionals to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
  • Assist with daily care and promote resident comfort and safety.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and the healthcare team.
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
  • Educate and support residents and their families.
  • Follow infection-control and facility policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
  • Active RN or LPN license as required by state regulations.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong geriatric and long-term care knowledge.
  • Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple residents and priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
