RN/LPN – Long-Term Care Center
We are seeking compassionate and skilled RN/LPN professionals to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
- Assist with daily care and promote resident comfort and safety.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and the healthcare team.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Follow infection-control and facility policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN or LPN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong geriatric and long-term care knowledge.
- Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple residents and priorities.
- Strong teamwork and documentation skills.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
