Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to assist surgeons during operative procedures and provide specialized perioperative patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Provide surgical exposure, tissue handling, and hemostasis.
- Anticipate the surgeon’s needs and provide instruments and supplies.
- Assist with patient positioning and surgical site preparation.
- Maintain patient safety and sterile technique.
- Complete accurate perioperative documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Completion of an accredited RNFA program.
- Current RNFA certification/credential as required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous perioperative/Operating Room experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$71.90 - $76.78/hour
