Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Summary
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes or concerns.
- Provide wound care, pain management, and other nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications as applicable.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
