Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical conditions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical responses.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist with procedures and respond to patient emergencies as needed.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
