Registered Nurse – Wound Care
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients requiring wound assessment, treatment, and ongoing management. The RN will evaluate skin integrity, develop individualized wound care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and document healing progress accurately.

Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on patient needs.

Administer wound treatments, dressings, debridement (per scope), and infection-prevention measures.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound management, skin care, and prevention strategies.

Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the provider or supervising clinician.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to support coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Experience in wound care, surgical, or med-surg nursing preferred.

Wound care certification (WOCN, WCC) preferred but not required.

Strong assessment, communication, and patient-education skills.

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
Pay Rate
$54.63 - $59.51/hour
