Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager

Position Summary

Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and support compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff and daily unit operations.
• Assign patient care responsibilities and assist with staffing needs.
• Perform and oversee patient assessments and care planning.
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Address patient and family concerns and promote quality care.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, and clinical outcomes.
• Support staff education, training, and performance development.
• Maintain infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required/preferred as applicable.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Ability to manage staff and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
