RN – Unit Manager
We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations, staff performance, and quality patient care within an assigned unit.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily unit operations.
- Assign staff according to patient needs and workload.
- Monitor patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Support staff with clinical guidance and performance management.
- Develop and implement patient care plans and nursing protocols.
- Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Address patient, family, and staff concerns.
- Monitor compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement, audits, and staff education.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Previous nursing supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Healthcare management experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
