Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele RN)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The Telemetry RN will assess patient conditions, interpret cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms.
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
• Excellent critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Previous telemetry, step-down, or cardiac care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$68.76 - $73.63/hour
