RN - Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate safe, high-quality patient care. The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to the nursing team, and ensure compliance with patient-care standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate daily nursing activities and patient-care assignments.
- Monitor patient care and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing procedures are performed safely.
- Address patient and staff concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient and nursing documentation.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage.
- Promote infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, management, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous nursing experience with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
