Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and staff.
- Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Address patient care concerns and clinical issues.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support quality improvement and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
