Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to patients. The RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition promptly.
Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
Follow infection control, safety, and professional nursing standards.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Previous nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

Pay Rate
$64.47 - $69.35/hour
