Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely.
  • Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, pain levels, and changes in patient condition.
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
  • Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and medical emergencies.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow infection prevention, HIPAA, patient safety, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and nursing practices.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred.
  • Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred.
  • Experience in specialty nursing areas is a plus.
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other specialty certifications preferred based on the position.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay Rate
$75.93 - $80.81/hour
