***Look into housing prior to submission! Currently peak tourism season and housing is pricey (1.5-3k/month) and can be difficult to secure on short notice.

*Did you discuss housing with the traveler?
*Does traveler have experience with LHC, LERO, RHC, PM/ICD/BI-V insertion?
*Does traveler have experience with Xper charting?
*Does traveler have experience with the following equipment: impella, IABP, shockwave and Rotablation?
Number of positions - 1
Start date - ASAP
Length - 13 weeks
Shift notes - 730 - 4 with call
Call schedule -30%, Weekdays are M-Th and your oncall from 1600-0730, Weekend call is F-Su and your oncall from 1600 Friday till 0730 Monday morning. Your response time is 30 minutes. Overnight call room is available.
Hours per week - 40
Required Experience - 2 years Cath Lab
Required License - RN or ARRT or RCIS
Required Certifications - BLS, ACLS
Additional notes (required or preferred skills, common equipment, cases per day etc): LHC, LERO, RHC, PM/ICD/BI-V insertion and our charting system is Xper if no prior knowledge you will circulate/scrub and not monitor cases. We utilize the following equipment, impella, IABP, shockwave and Rotablation. We do an average of 8 cases during a week day. We do an average of 6 cases on the weekends.
Pay Rate
$73.64 - $78.52/hour
