Case Management RN
Ortho Care Coordinator experience preferred
No Utilization review that is handled by another department
Case Management, Discharge plan, Navigation Plan, Education patients post-surgery
Experience/familiar with Parachute and Careport software related to Ortho
Monday Through Friday, no weekends, 8-430, 830-5
NY License, BLS required. ACLS preferred
1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant clinical medical surgical, ICU or ER experience preferred. Experience in managed care performing utilization review and discharge planning preferred.
2. Training/Certification: HC-PRI Certified and PRI screen preferred. CCM certification preferred.
3. Licensure: Current NYS RN license required.
Pay Rate
$65.24 - $70.11/hour
