Nurse Aides/Paramedics 1 paramedic per shift, typically run clinic and respond to trauma or code; will have ER techs as well as least 1 per shift, try to have 2; have nurse externs who are people in nursing school as well
Security/Patient sitters Will use for psych holds 1 on 1 observation
Weekend Requirement Every other weekend
Holidays Rotate in with perm staff
