Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics
We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while supporting their medical, developmental, and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously monitor pediatric patients, including vital signs and changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed.
- Provide age-appropriate nursing care based on each patient's clinical and developmental needs.
- Assist with procedures and respond appropriately to pediatric emergencies.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate significant changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and home care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records, care plans, and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and pediatric care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications required/preferred based on role.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing, assessment, medication administration, and patient safety.
- Previous pediatric hospital or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
