Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator / Pre-Op / PACU
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Operating Room Circulation, Pre-Op, and PACU to provide safe, high-quality perioperative care throughout the surgical process.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prepare patients for surgical procedures in the Pre-Op area.
- Provide circulating nursing care during surgical procedures and maintain patient safety.
- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with surgical procedures and coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the healthcare team.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Provide pre- and post-operative education and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification preferred or required based on patient population.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing, surgical procedures, anesthesia recovery, and patient assessment.
- Previous OR Circulator, Pre-Op, or PACU experience required/preferred.
Pay Rate
$81.81 - $86.69/hour
