RN - Operating Room
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care and support patients and the surgical team throughout procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients, operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Maintain sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state.
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Prior operating room or perioperative nursing experience preferred.
