Registered Nurse (RN) – Obstetrics (OB)
We are seeking a skilled OB Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to women during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions.
- Provide care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Monitor fetal heart rate and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians with deliveries and obstetric procedures.
- Educate patients and families on pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
- ACLS/AWHONN fetal monitoring preferred or required based on role.
- Strong knowledge of obstetric nursing, fetal monitoring, and emergency care.
- Previous OB/Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$71.69 - $76.57/hour
