RN – NICU

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – NICU to provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns while supporting safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor premature and critically ill newborns and provide individualized nursing care.

  • Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, cardiac rhythms, and other critical parameters.

  • Administer medications, IV therapies, nutrition, and treatments as ordered.

  • Assist with procedures and respond promptly to changes in the newborn’s condition.

  • Educate and support parents and families regarding newborn care and treatment.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with neonatologists and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Current RN license in the applicable state.

  • Current BLS and NRP certifications.

  • Previous NICU or neonatal nursing experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
