RN – MSU/PCU
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical/Progressive Care Unit (MSU/PCU) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring medical-surgical and intermediate-level monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Provide care for patients with complex medical and post-surgical conditions.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license as required by the state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous Medical-Surgical, PCU, Progressive Care, Telemetry, or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$65.80 - $70.68/hour
