Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Observation/Telemetry (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in the Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Telemetry units. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, and monitor cardiac conditions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and telemetry rhythms.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
Monitor patients in Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Telemetry units.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong knowledge of Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Telemetry nursing.
Previous Med/Surg, Observation, Telemetry, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
