Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Observation/Telemetry (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients in Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Telemetry units. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, and monitor cardiac status to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Telemetry nursing.
- Previous Med/Surg, Observation, Telemetry, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
