Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Medical/Surgical

We are seeking a skilled Adult Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor adult patients and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Provide direct patient care and monitor response to treatment.
Recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS preferred based on role requirements.
Previous Adult Med/Surg or acute care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$70,000.00 - $104,000.00/hour
