Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and treatments.
  • Monitor residents' health status and promptly respond to changes in condition.
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Educate residents and families regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
