Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (RN, LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LTC RN will assess resident needs, administer treatments, and coordinate care to promote health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Supervise LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
- Respond to changes in resident condition and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with LTC regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care, geriatric nursing, and resident care.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Previous Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
