Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (RN-LTC)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
Provide wound care and manage chronic health conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current and active RN license as required by the state.
Current BLS certification.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
