Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care – Days
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting while promoting safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor residents' health conditions and needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the healthcare team.
Educate residents and families on care and treatment.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of long-term care, geriatric nursing, and medication administration.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
