Registered Nurse (RN) – LDRP/OB
We are seeking an experienced LDRP/OB Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, maternal vital signs, and postpartum recovery.
- Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries and respond to obstetric emergencies.
- Provide newborn care and support with initial assessments and feeding.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia providers, and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and obstetric care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
- ACLS and AWHONN fetal monitoring preferred/required based on role.
- Previous LDRP/L&D/OB experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
