Registered Nurse (Labor & Delivery)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The RN will monitor maternal and fetal status, assist during childbirth, administer medications, provide patient education, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive birthing experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor maternal vital signs, fetal heart tones, and labor progression.
• Provide direct support to patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and pain management interventions as prescribed.
• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and obstetric procedures.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics strongly preferred.
Pay Rate
$78.17 - $83.05/hour
