Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehabilitation (RN Inpatient Rehab)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or disabling conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The Inpatient Rehab RN will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress throughout rehabilitation.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and maximizing functional independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and discharge planning.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
• Previous inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, or acute care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
