Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
- Manage ventilators and critical care equipment as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Educate and support patients and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS preferred based on patient population.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and emergency response skills.
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
