RN House Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and patient care activities across the facility during assigned shifts. The RN House Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and respond to operational and clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and patient care across assigned shifts.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, and patient care needs.
- Monitor patient safety, care quality, and clinical standards.
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and urgent clinical situations.
- Support nurses with clinical decisions and patient care concerns.
- Coordinate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Address patient, family, and staff concerns appropriately.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies.
- Support infection prevention, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide shift handoff and communicate important operational updates.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent situations.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
