RN House Supervisor
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations across the healthcare facility during assigned shifts. The RN House Supervisor will coordinate staffing, support patient care, address clinical concerns, and ensure safe and efficient nursing operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership and supervision across multiple departments.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and respond to changing patient care needs.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Support nurses with complex clinical situations and patient care concerns.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with rapid clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Address staffing, patient, and operational issues during the shift.
- Promote compliance with nursing, safety, and infection control standards.
- Complete accurate shift reports and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong clinical leadership and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
