Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure safe, efficient patient care across the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily clinical operations.
Assist with staffing, patient assignments, and unit coverage.
Monitor patient care and respond to clinical issues or emergencies.
Support nurses and other healthcare staff with clinical guidance.
Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
Address patient and staff concerns and help resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and facility policies.
Complete required clinical and administrative documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills.
Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
